You can sit back and watch the Sea World fireworks from your living room couch. The home has been updated and furnished in a mid-century style. You have quick and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach and all the beaches, restaurants, shops and bars that the area has to offer.



The Space:

The gourmet kitchen is spacious with lots of natural light, plenty of counter space and all new appliances. The dining area has seating for 8 and is conveniently located next to the kitchen.



There is also a breakfast bar for light meals or just keeping the cook company.



The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a fireplace, large screen Smart TV and endless views.



There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary bedroom is very spacious, has a King size bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom.The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity.



The three guest bedrooms share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo and large vanity. The laundry room has large size washer and dryer and there is a ping pong table in the garage. The home also comes packed with all kinds of kids games, corn hole and more.



There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 2 parking spots in the driveway.

Guests will receive a welcome letter with check-in details and lock code for their stay.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
