This comfortable 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence is designed for an easygoing stay at Mareazul, with room for up to 6 guests and beautiful ocean views. The beach is just steps away, and between the terrace, the pool, and the sea, you’ll have plenty of reasons to spend your days outside.
The primary bedroom features a King bed, while the second bedroom has two Full beds, making the layout a great fit for families, couples, or friends traveling together who want to share the experience without feeling crowded.
The heart of the home is its inviting living area, with a comfortable sofa, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can make everything from your first coffee of the morning to a relaxed dinner after a day in the sun. You’ll also have a spacious laundry area with a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and 3 Smart TVs for those moments when all you want to do is kick back and recharge.
And then there’s the terrace.
With a private bar and sun bed, it’s an easy favorite spot for enjoying a cold drink, reading a few pages, catching some sun, or simply sitting back and taking in the view. When the Caribbean is outside your door, you really don’t need much decoration.

Fantastic pool and outside space for kids . Apartment had everything we needed to cook for the week. Clean and spacious. So helpful to have beach umbrellas and chairs on the beach set up so we didn’t have to bring anything !
