The Bay Beach Lane neighborhood is one of the most sought-after addresses on the south end of Estero Island, home to Fort Myers Beach. This gorgeously remodeled and updated 4th floor condo in the San Marina Condo community overlooks a Gulf access canal, where you can enjoy watching manatees, dolphins and view boats as they make their way to and from the Gulf to their docks or the local marina. You're a short walk to the neighborhood commons area, private beach access and the Santini Marina Plaza. TV's in the home are Smart TV's with YouTube TV and streaming channels (guests must provide their own logins for subscription-based channels.)

Open parking available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis for one vehicle. RV or Trailer parking is NOT PERMITTED.



An elevator takes you up to the 4th floor condo.



**Bookings made for a check-in date within 10 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications, and they take a minimum of 10 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 10 days out from booking - we will send the rental application once your booking is received **



The Casa Marina condo community is located in the highly desired Bay Beach area on the south end of Estero Island. In the community you'll find a heated pool with sundeck, sun loungers, tables and chairs - surrounded by tropical landscaping and wide canals where you can see boats of all kind heading to the Gulf and nearby marina. As a guest of Casa Marina, you'll have access to Bay Beach Commons, where you will find putting greens, driving cage, tennis, pickleball & bocce ball courts; and the best part - you're just walk across Estero Boulevard to the private beach access for residents and guests of the Bay Beach neighborhood. There you'll find 7 miles of our white sandy beach, dazzling Gulf waters and sunsets you'll remember long after your time in Southwest Florida has come to an end.



When you aren't at the beach, Estero Island local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, boat/water sport and bicycle rentals. Santini Marina Plaza, home to a seasonal farmers market and popular dining & shopping options, is just a short walk from the condo and is scheduled to re-open before season. You're just a few minutes' drive to the popular Times Square & Bayside Park, which are the heart of Fort Myers Beach.



Take the Island's Beach Trolley (when available) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades!



Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins, the Boston Red Sox, and lots of golf!



This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hrs of check-in.



This property is located within an HOA-governed community; however, our management responsibilities are limited solely to the individual unit you are renting. We do not manage, maintain, or have authority over any shared or common areas, including the pools or any other community amenities, to include routine maintenance, repairs, or any unexpected maintenance issues that may arise within these shared spaces. As such, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of any community amenities at any given time, as these matters fall outside our control.
