While the home is shared across three unique units, each floor has its own completely private entrance and designated parking area, so you’ll enjoy full independence during your stay.

There is a separate studio above (3rd floor) and a spacious unit below (1st floor), both rented separately or together under another listing if you're traveling with a larger group

You’ll have private access to your entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, as well as your own balcony and private parking area (no shared entry or hallways)

Your space is completely your own, from check-in to checkout. However, since the home has guests staying on other floors, some level of normal noise may occur. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of one another’s peace and privacy.

If you ever experience excessive or disruptive noise, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us promptly, we’ll address the situation as quickly as possible to ensure your comfort.

A note on Florida living. We're in a subtropical beach climate, and after rain or in warm weather you may occasionally see a gecko, a palmetto bug, or other small local visitors, even in a spotless home. Every property is professionally cleaned and on a regular pest control schedule. If you see something, message us and we'll send someone out right away. Because this is part of living on the coast and not a cleanliness issue, it isn't grounds for a refund or an early departure credit.
