The Villa is over 5,300 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6 baths: perfect for two or three families traveling together or one large group. This unique beach home encompasses three floors with vaulted ceilings, curved staircases, and multiple view terraces and features the privacy that comes from having bedrooms and bathrooms on separate several floors.
The interior design is refined in its elegance and Tuscan style, and the furniture and luxurious appointments are beautifully matched with the finest materials: solid, designer cabinetry and furniture, crown molding, bull-nosed corners, exclusive Italian tiles, and two gas fireplaces.
With an open kitchen and a large patio with a new barbecue, quick and easy gourmet meals are a breeze. I expected this home to be a good fit based on the pictures and descriptions, but it exceeded my expectations by far!The location is amazing, with a view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets and we walked to morning coffee spots, dining out, and evening ice cream. But the amenities were even more exceptional and went well beyond expectations. The outdoor grill is closer to an outdoor eat in kitchen. We spent every evening gathered in this comfortable outdoor area and never used the indoor dining room. The theatre and game room along with additional lower level kitchen and additional laundry facilities were fantastic. The outside hot tub with waterfall was an unexpected luxury.The hosts were responsive and attentive to every detail. We.would highly recommend this home.

Such a great property! Patrick met us as we checked in and showed us all the ins and outs of the house, which was so appreciated. The house was clean and furnished with what we needed :) thank you!!

If it wasn't for all the "broken" elements, we would have found this place to be pretty great. At our walk-through with Patrick on check in day, we were told that the hot-tub, drapes, and ventilation to the theater room were all broken, and should result in a nice discount. Also, there was really no response to our inquiry about the two large, depressing, dead plants on the patio, one of which we removed. A hot tub was a requirement when making our property selection, as we are well-aware of "June Gloom" so that was the most annoying of the issues. This "change in amenity" is something that we should have been notified of in advance. The drapes were in all different levels of disarray. The worst situation being that we had to move one of the drop down shades so we had a little coverage over one of the bedroom patio doors. Even with that move, there was very little blockage of light, making it impossible to sleep-in during our vacation. We utilized the theater room every night, with the lack of ventilation making it uncomfortable.
Beyond what the rental company knew about before we arrived, we made them aware of the following issues on our second day:
Burned out shower light-which we replaced
Broken a/v control frame
Stained carpet throughout
Sticky/difficult front gate key-which is needed every time we left the property without a car.
Shower diverter broken and handle comes off (2nd floor East bedroom)-others broken so needed to use hand held head
Need more characters!
