1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, you can rent a BBQ grill for an extra fee. Comes us with full propane tank.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

Great home for our group of 10 travelers (2 families) visiting Disney. Kids loved the pool and game room. Very close to all the parks and Disney Springs (15-20 min max!) would recommend and would stay again. Only suggestion would be a new mattress for master bedroom.

House was very well kept and clean upon arrival. Check in and check out we’re very smooth and host responds in a timely fashion, such as when we were in the middle of the trip and I need to reach out to him about using the grill, and I received a response within the hour. Would definitely rent here again.

Overall the property was nice and as advertised. Some cons were, Limited tp (1 per bathroom was a first for us) paper towels, thermostats were on timers that shut off at inconvenient times.
