Thomas Pilcher Park is also located at the 331 bridge for fishing & boat launch. Bring your boat or wave runners. This home has lots of available room for parking. 20-minute drive to Grayton Beach or Topsail State Park Beach Access with parking/restrooms. Other public beach access available along 30A. Relax on the front or back covered porch with your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Large brick fire pit available for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing by the fireside. Charcoal grill on property for outdoor cooking.

Very nice house with updated with newer appliances including very nice front-loading washer and dryer. Lovely covered, well-lit walkway and deck in the back with an inviting fire pit and lots of wood for evening relaxation. It is obvious the owner is improving the property outside as well. The house was very clean and well maintained inside with plenty of towels for bathing and a well-stocked kitchen. The house sits in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood, which adds to the relaxation factor. We would definitely consider staying here again!

No batteries in some of remotes or dead batteries. No instructions, clock didn’t work in bedroom and had to switch out. Bedspread dirty. Otherwise all was greats
