Easy communication with host. Pretty standard.We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool.

Owner was very accommodating about check in which was very appreciated. The estate is beautiful and huge ! It does need more cleaning on vents , lights etc. We did find a few nice and had to buy mouse traps. I’m sure it happens when there is a poolAnd people going in and out. We also had some lightbulbs that weren’t working . Overall it is a wonderful stay for a large group ! we even left a kindle and the owner very kindly sent it back to us … very sweet of her to do that .

The location of this property is beautiful and so convenient . It is an old house which has some charm. The property needs some up grades with furniture. Cushions in couches and chairs have very little cushion to them. Outside furniture needs to be cared for as well . If the owners put a little TLC in this home
It would be a 5 star. It also needs a deep clean.Windows are very dirty. The carpets have lots of stains that a cleaning would be very helpful.
