Enjoy a new kitchen, modern upgrades, and abundant outdoor living space, including a spacious screened wrap-around porch and private balconies off the upper bedrooms with ocean views. One small dog under 30 lbs is permitted with a pet fee.
LOCATION: Ideally situated just north of the famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, you can easily walk or bike to shops, fine dining, and local attractions.
PARKING: Private driveway accommodates up to four cars.
AMENITIES: Gas grill, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and beach equipment available. Convenient electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not provided but are available for rent. No smoking. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. One dog under 45 lbs permitted with a pet fee. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The property was fabulous. My family and I really enjoyed the many amenities of the property: the large well stocked kitchen with great appliances, the screened in front porch, the decks, to mention a few.

Beautiful house with excellent kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas. Wonderful screened in porch and nice grassy side yard. Parking in the driveway or on the street nearby with provided parking passes. Outstanding location!!! Our multigenerational group of 7 people greatly enjoyed our two weeks in this spacious beach home! Hope to return next summer :) Thank you!

Location was as described so we could access our planned activities on foot or by rented bike, just as we expected. The bedroom configurations need to be better explained in the listing..we had to shuffle members of our party at the last minute to allow privacy.

Many maintenance/upkeep deficiencies, such as front door and sliding glass door very difficult to open.—saving grace entry door with code works very well. One fan on porch did not work ; queen br with bath shared with bunk bedroom has no privacy-uncomfortable tolerating this arrangement
