Not only are you within minutes of driving to a variety of stores and restaurants, we are only a hop, skip away from Interstate 25 which will get you to south Denver within 45 minutes, the outlet mall in Castle Rock within 30 minutes and downtown Colorado Springs in 20 minutes.

While in Colorado Springs, enjoy the Cheyenne Mountain State Park or top-rated Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Pioneer Museum downtown or visit Pikes Peak via the Cog Railway. And don't miss the Garden of the Gods Park with its many hiking trails and gorgeous views of Pikes Peak. Then visit Manitou Springs or Old Colorado City for eating and shopping. There are many hiking and biking trails throughout the region. It is a short drive to the Air Force Academy with Fort Carson at the other end of town. Of course, the many ski resorts are just hours away.
