Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
Ideally located, this beautiful 170-square-meter villa—which can accommodate up to 10 people—sits on a large, peaceful, tree-lined property, just a 3-minute drive from the large beach at Lozari and nearby shops (SPAR, bakery, tobacco shop, bar-restaurant, stores...), 7 minutes from the village of Belgodère, 7 minutes from Ile-Rousse, and 25 minutes from Calvi.
An infinity jacuzzi flows into the 10-by-4-meter pool.
The living room opens onto a large lawned garden, and the kitchen opens onto its covered terrace.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining pantry, a living-dining room, a “bedroom” with a double sofa bed enclosed by sliding Japanese panels, a half-bath, and a master suite with its own shower room and outdoor terrace.
The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet.
