Nestled in the up-and-coming, East end of Broughton Street, this two-bedroom house built in 1862 is adorned with cast iron details and blue-painted clapboard siding. Inside, a beautifully appointed vacation rental with all the modern amenities expected to make your stay comfortable.
The first floor boasts a converted parlor room with Queen bed, and an adjacent living room. These guests can use the nearby half bath, making getting ready a breeze. A full kitchen, equipped with every essential you'd need for a home-cooked meal, is just around the corner and has ample storage space for extended stays. A washer/dryer are also inside the home - great for young families!
Upstairs, find two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom features a King size bed, with the second bedroom furnished with a Queen. Both bedrooms have their own dressers, flat screen TVs, and en suite baths.
Park your car in the private lot behind the home and explore Savannah by foot for the remainder of your stay. Blue on Broughton is located on the East end of Broughton Street: Savannah's "main" street scattered with some of the best shopping and dining in town. Most notably, guests are encouraged to stop by local favorites: Capital Bee Co., Hygge Savannah, East End Provisions, and Leopold's Ice Cream.

Close to everything and had off street parking which is a definite plus for this area.

Visited with wife and elderly parents and we were all extremely happy with the house. It was clean and in order The location was very central to restaurants, local shopping, town squares, and riverwalk which were all within short walking distance.There was great communication with the hosts as they were always quick to respond to any questions.

Traveled to Savannah for an event at the Convention Center. Perfect rental for our family. House was clean and having 3 bathrooms was an added bonus. Beds were comfortable. Restaurants, shopping and the free boat across to the Convention Center were all within walking distance. The only downside was access to the parking. Getting into the parking area was tight. We got our 3 vehicles to fit but it took a while. The management company was wonderful to work with.

The house itself is great. Good location and solid furniture. I would highly recommend the owner hire a different rental agency. They were annoying to work with, demanding photo ID and credit card copies, poor checkin instructions, and poor property management. On that note, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the front door lock didnt work (probably a dead battery), and a worker showed up to pressure wash windows with no warning or heads up. And if you reach out, they are happy to give you a canned response or lackluster apology.The owner should really look to treat this like a vacation rental, where it currently feels more like a low end hotel. It is completely bare bones. No coffee, cream or sugar (even motel 8 has these!). About 12 total pieces of dinnerware, 4 bowls, a few plates. I have stayed at campsites better stocked.No games, puzzles, cards, reading material or other entertainment I've come to expect at a vacation rental over the last decade.Would not recommend at this time.
