The realty was fine. The stay was fine. The property needs some TLC. It was missing some basic maintenance, some cosmetic, some not. It would have beenniceto have deck chairs.wh8le we were there outside outlets were replaced because they had burned out. When we looked, we found more inside. There were also issues like carpet not being appropriately secured and brown water. Balance that against great beach access.

Being able to wake up & see the ocean, tried to capture the sunrise / sunsets but the weather wasn’t in our favor! The “in laws” enjoyed the view & was able to relax!
