Had a great stay. We were there for the DayTrip festival. Place was immaculate. Area was safe and quiet. Parking sux, but, that isn't the hosts fault. It's just a dumb Long Beach thing. Lol I recommend them. Place is literally a block from the ocean and dog park. Thanks again!

Great location in a cute neighborhood, especially if you want to take your dog to the beach. Parking is tricky but not impossible. The house was clean and very well stocked with linens, etc. I would definitely come back!

The entire apartment was clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom, clean with clean towels, with shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash in the shower. There extra clean towels in the linen closet and all the sheets on the beds were clean and freshly made. The Keurig was a nice touch, and was fully stocked with coffee pods. The beach is just across the street and has a nice Eatery there. A nice dog beach north of the eatery, and a people beach to the south. A grocery store about a mile and half away and other eatery’s within 4 miles of the VRBO. Make sure that if you do stay here you read the “information book”, as well as read the WIFI information and the TV. I think it’s a “Google” TV and works very well. There is a few things in the refrigerator, and the freezer has the Blue ICE freezer blocks to keep your ice chest good and cool when you head to the beach. Enjoyable and I would definetly rebook this place again. Thank you/

Location was amazing, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Street parking was not a problem. We couldnt check in until 4 but waited to 430 and upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned. Dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and in the bathtub, bed sheets not changed, bed not made, dirty/used blankets on the couch. I called and texted the host with no response. We loaded all our bags back into the car and not sure how to proceed. One hour after first attepmts to get ahold of the host, I called again. She did answer and told me the unit had been cleaned and after I told her I took pictures she said she would send someone over. When we went back there was a Windex bottle and dirty paper towels on the table in the bedroom. I am not opposed to cleaning up after me, but I am not going to clean someone else's germs. The host did not seem concerned and offered nothing for our inconveniences. You can guarantee if you're late to check out, you're going to get charged extra, but nothing if you're inconvenienced and cannot check in at your reserved time. I understand sometimes people run late, but no communication was made to let us know. At the end of the day, we still had a good time, just a heads up you might not get in when you're supposed to and the unit may not have been cleaned.
