The 3 ensuite bedrooms are positioned on either end of the home, with a large open kitchen, living and dining room space in the center. House is the perfect location! Peaceful and quiet. View and landscaping are gorgeous. When we return to STX if our numbers are right, we will look into returning to Cotton House by the Sea.The inside of the house has a very nice layout. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two of the showers are amazing- one outside, one just like being outside when the doors and windows are open! The beds are comfortable, and we enjoyed the well accommodated kitchen when we were preparing meals and drinks. The kitchen has all one needs. There are many useful small appliances: juicer, blender, coffee bean grinder, and much more... and enough kitchen and personal items (like cooking spices, dishwasher detergent, reef safe sun lotions, and shampoo) to get you started. Nice touch. There were also three small beach chairs available to take to neighboring beaches. This was nice for us as we were there with my 86 year old dad.Sonya thanks for your help during our stay.
