This house is actually even nicer than it looks in the photos. It has recently been renovated and was very clean. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The location is in a great neighborhood that is close to downtown and the St. Pete pier. The host was very friendly and responsive to our questions and needs. He lives next to the property so he is right there if you need something.I will definitely rent this house again.

Clean home. Nice updates and water pressure. Safe neighborhood. Soft queen bed. Twin beds are a bit short. Didn’t try the King bed. No hairdryers in the home. We’d stay there again for a family trip like this one where we aren’t at the house a lot. Small living area. Responsive host.
