The setting for your life’s next amazing adventure is a maze of natural wetlands that make it as popular with people who love water sports as those who simply enjoy the camaraderie of a lively fish fry. While enjoying Rio Vista, you can live in the coveted greater Bay Area for less than you’d imagine.

This property is the only rental in rio vista, so our usual careful reading of reviews didn't happen! It turned out perfect for our large family group visiting for our mom's 90th birthday. There wasn't much in terms of extras but it worked for us and we had a lot of fun being able to stay together. Bring towels if you want better than well-used cheap towels, and check the propane tank BEFORE being ready to grill.

This house is in a great, safe location to access the Delta. It has an amazing kitchen perfect for family style meals. Downstairs was clean and cool. There were plenty of bedrooms for you and your friends upstairs, but the carpet is very dirty and stained and probably needs a deep professional cleaning or replacement. The hot tub could have fit all of us weather permitting , however the water was dingy and it could use a drain and clean. Our secondary shower bath was damage prior to our arrival and had to be repaired during our stay. That resulted in our group enduring the strong smell of epoxy and only being able to use one shower after all day at the Delta.
