Utility Room/Mud Room: A few steps up from the entrance, you`ll find a utility room equipped with a washing machine, hangers for wet clothes, iron, ironing board, and other essentials.

First Floor:

King Size Bedroom: To the right, there`s a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower, WC, sink).

Open-Plan Living Area: The first floor also features a spacious sitting area with a smart TV and a large window overlooking Windermere High Street.

Dining Area: The dining table can extend to seat 6 guests or be set up for 4.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

Second Floor:

King Size Bedroom: Another king-size bedroom with a shared bathroom next to it.

Shared Bathroom: This bathroom, shared by the two second-floor bedrooms, includes a bath, shower, sink, and WC.

Twin Room: A comfortable twin room, perfect for additional guests.

All bedrooms feature non-feather bedding, Otti mattresses, and smart TVs (please note, logins are not provided).

Entire Apartment: Guests have access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, and the utility/mud room.

Entry: The apartment is accessed through a private entrance on the ground floor next to the Cow Shed Café.
