You can access the upstairs bedrooms through the spiral staircase. The enormous master bedroom has space for a desk where you can work while admiring the views of Light Square. His and hers baths and vanities make the bathroom magnificent. Huge walk in a robe. The second and third bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and built-in robes.

This property offers a secured garage for 2 vehicles at $25 per car per night.

Kindly note that due to the architecture of the building, bird droppings to the exterior windows may be visible and these cannot easily be cleaned regularly.

This is a self-contained apartment rather than serviced, a small amount of instant coffee, sugar, tea, and sugar is provided as a complimentary. Towels are not replaced, but you are free to use the washing machine as needed.

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds. Please note that the extra bed set up in the living are single trundle beds.

All bookings require a $1,000 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
