No. 10 QT is modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse with stunning lake and mountain views. Within a short drive to downtown Queenstown it is the best place to base yourself so you get to enjoy your holiday but still be close to everything.

Neighborhood
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac which is just a short five-minute drive to Queenstown's CBD with its many restaurants and activities. Being located on the side of Queenstown Hill you have easy access to Frankton Road to head out and about or Hensman Road if you wish to head into town.
Access
Other than some locked storage cupboards in the garage, guests have full access to the house and garage.
Space
This 3 level property has lots of great features from its large balcony with BBQ and outdoor furniture to its feature double sided gas fire that allows you to enjoy it whether you are in the lounge or dining room. A separate breakaway area with couch & TV.
You may find you don't want to go out for dinner as the view is too good and we have a large well stocked kitchen so you can take advantage of our fantastic local produce and prepare your meals at home.
The townhouse is set out over 3 levels with the garage & laundry downstairs just off the the entrance door, living/dining/ kitchen and powder room on the 2nd level and then all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top level. The master bed is a SuperKing size and the other two bedrooms are Queens.
The double garage provides parking as well as storage for ski gear, golf clubs or mountain bikes.
Parking Space: 2 in garage or on driveway
Transit
Although it is not essential as there are taxi's that service this area we do recommend having a vehicle so you can get out and about to explore the area.

We have security cameras on the exterior of the property.

No Parties, smoking or vaping at the property. No use of outdoor area between 10pm and 7am
Must be 25+ to book. Person booking must stay. House must be left tidy with dishes done.
No drones allowed. No skis or snowboards to be brought into the house and no waxing of boards in the house (garage is ok)

This is a wonderful house, great view. A little out in f town but we don’t mind driving.Extremely well appointed, lots of lovely details. Equipped with lots of care.The house worked very well for 4 adults and 2 children.Host was responsive apart from when I couldn’t get onto them when I enquired about an extension prior to the booking. I only got a call centre which was annoying.But everything else was 100%.We loved our stay.
