Second visit to this property and walking through the door felt like coming home. The property is very well equipped and maintained. A very short walk takes you to the complex centre with a leisure pool and a swimming pool, both with spa's.Barbeque, table tennis, pool table, library, computer desk, tennis/pickle ball court, boules pits, basketball hoop and a small play area.A short walk to Aldi and Publix.Plenty of restaurants nearby and try a visit to sprouts and dewitlers farmers market shops. We watched dolphins swim near the C Ponies on the road to Anna Maria Island, on the way up 75th Street West, turn left along Alhambra Drive to the marina and watch Manatees swim. The Mote aquarium at University Town centre is worth a visit, water parks and playgrounds for kids are within a comfortably short drive. For all the things there are to do, the property itself is a great start to the day and a welcome place to return to.I sincerely hope I can return.Just excellent and reflection of the owners pride in the property and professionalism.

Excellent unit! Everything recently renovated and very clean. Kitchen is stocked for cookin. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was excellent. It was very clean. The supplies were fully stocked. The communication with the hosts was easy and they responded very quickly to any questions I had. If I ever come back to the area, I would definitely book my visit with these hosts.

Condo was excellent !! Pool mtce was needed , hot tubs had either no jets or too cold
