Casa da Paliçada is a Comporta vacation villa located on Pego Beach, featuring compact yet well-designed contemporary interiors that are ideal for family vacations.
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers, and all rooms open onto either the deck terrace or the garden. Polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and large floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow plenty of light to flood in. Air conditioning and heating are available, and there are mosquito nets on all the main windows. The open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining room open onto a 90-square-meter deck—partly shaded for outdoor dining—the pool, and a 500-square-meter sandy garden—an enchanting indoor-outdoor area perfect for relaxing together.

The perfect place to enjoy Comporta. The house is situated between the two best beaches (Pego and Carvalhal), both of which have excellent restaurants and beach clubs. There are a few quaint restaurants within a 10 minute walk and the towns of Carvalhal and Comporta are short drives away. The house has all the necessities and is beautifully appointed and decorated with a great pool and sundeck. Daily housekeeping service included with the price is a nice addition. The host, Nuno, is amazing. Very communicative, beginning a month out from our arrival. Provided recommendations and help with logistics. Check in was a breeze. Nuno was also available for a call or on WhatsApp to help with any request. A great experience. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. The host was always very responsive and replied to our messages immediately. The apartment was cleaned every day, which made everything even more comfortable. The surrounding area was very peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax.

Very well equipped house (kitchen had everything you could need) it is better than the pictures (front and rear terraces which is great for both morning and evening sun). Two of the bedrooms are downstairs which is perfect with young kids. Nuno was incredibly helpful (even sourcing baby seats for the many bikes in the garage!). The house is well located - can walk to local coffee shops and restaurants (quite rare in the Comporta region) and is a five min cycle to the local beach. Would highly recommend!

Not only was the house fabulous and immaculate (very clean), but it was also in a great location. Everything was at our finger tips. Could walk to a trendy, fun market and it was a short drive or long walk to great beaches. The host was wonderful with recommendations and communication. We would not think of staying anywhere else but here for our next stay in Comporta. Amazing spot!
