There is a lovely dining room located right off the kitchen, surrounded by windows to take in the mountain ambiance and wooded views, as well as additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Every day will be "Happy Days” here at our cabin! And, it is the perfect place to both relax and play! Enjoy family movie night (or the big game) in the living room while the fireplace roars in the distance. The kids will LOVE hanging out in the loft, with their very own private arcade, TV and play area. Outside, kick back in a rocking chair and take in the wooded views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (and adults alike) will love relaxing in the bubbling hot tub while taking in that fresh Smoky Mountain air!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
