Experience a slice of paradise in Coconut Grove! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath Key West-style cottage is fully gated with convenient parking. Featuring marble floors, granite kitchen counters, and a modern bathroom, it combines style with comfort. Enjoy central AC, cable, and WiFi, and walk to tennis courts, the bay, shops, restaurants, clubs, and parks—Miami’s best is right outside your door!
The Space:
COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

Special cozy cottage is perfect for couples and small families. Comfort is our 1st priority and all the essentials you will need to have a comfortable stay are provided. A full newly renovated kitchen with plenty of kitchen cabinet space. The washer/dryer is convenient and easy to use. The bedroom and bathroom sit next to each other with enough space to move around. The outdoor patio area is great for a morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful Miami weather.

Originally settled in the 1800s, Coconut Grove remains a charming, bayside village within the urban dynamic of Miami. The Grove, as it's commonly called, is the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood of Miami.
The pedestrian-friendly village center in Coconut Grove is filled with sidewalk cafes, galleries, and boutiques. The small bohemian village feel is countered by recognizable chain restaurants, but small local cafes, college bars, and independent boutiques still line the streets. Pull up a chair outside, watch the assortment of shoppers, bar-hoppers, students, and tourists stroll the streets and enjoy the laid-back ambience.
Coconut Grove's relaxed atmosphere extends into the many open-air bay front parks in the area, including Peacock Park, Kennedy Park, The Barnacle Historic State Park and more. Coconut Grove is also home to many popular annual events.
Getting Around:
If you do not have a car ,Uber and Lyft are frequently used and reliable throughout the neighborhood and all of South Florida.

Pet Fee is $100 - 1 time fee to hire a cleaning staff to deep clean home.

We stayed at your cottage last weekend, May 8- May 11.. This is a very nice set up and works very well for us since our daughter and her family live 2 blocks away.We would be happy to consider renting this property again whenever we come to visit our family. There are a few items that did not work that I would like to mention. The hot water in the bathroom has some problems. It did not stay hot long enough for a good shower, and the sink was similar for washing. Probably not a big deal to address.The shower floor tiles are very slippery. I suggest a good quality shower floor no slip mat. Easy to get and use.A bit more expensive would be to install a horizontal grab bar inside the shower. We are in our 70’s and having something to hold while in a shower is very helpful.The pocket doors for the bedroom need to be repaired. Not particularly important for us and your property would work better if they the doors did function properly.The toilet paper holder is loose. As I said, we had a lovely time and would gladly return and it would be very helpful to us if the above items were addressed.

Clean, private, comfortable, and no bugs. Close to all that Coconut Grove has to offer. Easy access to the unit with parking. The bed was very comfortable! We had an issue with not enough hot water from the shower which I will report to the manager. I did not report it to the manager because we were there for only 3 days. However, that did not detract from everything else that was nearly perfect!

Five minute walk to the shops and restaurants in the heart of coconut Grove. Very safe and secure little compound, gated living space. Super pet, friendly and included washer dryer, kitchen with full fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and stove top.Great for an extended weekend for festivals and athletic events
