Seabrook Island is a beautiful low-country barrier island with 3 miles of pristine, uncrowded beaches. This property overlooks both the mouth of the Edisto River and the Atlantic Ocean and comes fully appointed. There is abundant wildlife to see, including deer on the dunes and our famous beach-feeding dolphins! Bring your bike, kayak, or paddleboard-- or rent them-- the island is full of adventures for you and your family!

Club Amenity access is included in this price. Many hosts require guests to purchase this separately through The CLUB (up to an additional $55 per day/$350 weekly fee).
An Amenity App is required to gain access to the Club at Seabrook. The Club has two championship golf courses, the Equestrian Center, the oceanfront pool complex, the racquet club, and all dining options inside the security gate.
Club amenity access does not include the 'Lakehouse' gym or indoor pool. Guests purchase these amenities from the POA and cannot purchase them from the host; this applies to all properties. The host can not purchase them for you.
Only one car per bedroom, via new 2025 Town of Seabrook rules. This applies to all rentals throughout Seabrook. There is a $50 fee.
A Full-service grocery store, restaurants, and shops are located just outside the security gate at Freshfields Village.
Seabrook is a certified Audubon International Sustainable Community.
Explore nearby Charleston, a city of museums, historic sites, tours, wonderful boutiques and antique shops, and endless choices of restaurants - just 25 minutes away.

Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Super clean and comfortable. The condo was well stocked with lots of games, puzzles, kitchen items, and beach items to use. It was amazing being able to just walk out onto the boardwalk to the beach. The sunsets were incredible. Having access to the beach club was great. Shout out to the owner who is super nice. She had clear instructions for everything, fantastic communication as well. Will definitely want to rent this place again in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful view, Perfectly clean. Really responsive host. Lots of thought went into the decorating...well done. I really can't think of how it could be improved.

Relaxing comfortable Villa with all the comforts of home. Wonderful sunset views and beach access. Great communications with owner.

At first impression the Condo seemed warm, inviting with a great view.
The community was beautiful & appealing.
That being said the unit itself although clean was in need of some upgrades such as kitchen sink & the guest bathroom.
The pictures on the walls were mostly croocked.
A little more disappointing was that there were no basics such as coffee, tea, sugar or other essentials that usually are provided to a certain degree with this type of stay. For the overall cost, it just seemed a bit a bit over priced.
