The two bedrooms have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe for convenient storage.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Atalaia is a civil parish located on the island of Madeira, an autonomous region of Portugal. It is situated in the western part of the island, nestled between the rugged mountains and the stunning coastline of the Atlantic Ocean. This region offers a combination of natural beauty and a tranquil environment, making it an appealing destination for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

While Atalaia is quiet and rural, it's not far from other more developed areas on the island. You can easily explore popular Madeiran attractions from this peaceful base.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
