While it is currently the home of the annual Hilton Head Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty that beckons one to return again and again. VEHICLE POLICY: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Gate passes are charged per car, per week.
