Situated on the 1st floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). ​The property is on the first floor with a lift; however, it is not suitable or equipped for wheelchair access.

The property is situated near a road; there may be some noise disturbance.

The property is laid out as follows:

- A fitted kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A small bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally situated in Sète, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. The residence has a tennis court. There’s access to the garrigue for walks and to reach the Pierres Blanches site.

- Water sports: boat hire, jet skis, water skiing, tubing, towable activities, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, pedalos (within walking distance)
- Cycle path through the dunes between Sète and Marseillan Plage (a paradise for cyclists and rollerbladers…)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s 15m² garage.
