Step upstairs, and enjoy some friendly competition with a round or two of pool in the spacious game room. Outside, kick back in a rocking chair and take in the wooded views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (and adults alike) will love relaxing in the bubbling hot tub while taking in that fresh Smoky Mountain air!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
