Villa Marion is located in the Sorrento Peninsula, exactly in Sant’Agnello that is the neighboring village of the most known Sorrento, where there are also some of the best hotels.
It was part of an old building constructed at the beginning of the 1700s, which was part of a residential complex called "La Cocumella" that was originally a Jesuit convent. In fact the beautiful grounds of that complex border the villa, which is now a luxury hotel.
The property is 500 m2 and it can accommodate up to 14 guests, with the possibility of adding two beds and accommodating a total of 16 guests. It spreads over four floors (linked by stairs and a lift) and is furnished with great taste and attention to the details.
About 100 meters away there is a lift, which takes you down to the beach and some well-equipped bathing establishments, it is in an ideal position for those who prefer not to use the car during their stay.
The villa has large living rooms, dining room, kitchen and larder, a game room, and wet bar.

First floor: with 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with access to sunbathing terrace looking onto the garden.
Second floor: with entrance, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with pans, fridge and washing machine, sofa bed, sunbathing terrace equipped with garden furniture, panoramic view of the garden and the sea.
Basement floor: basement with dining area, living room and corner bar, 1 WC with washbasin, 1 bathroom with shower.
Villa Marion offers all kind of comforts such as: private parking, air-conditioning, satellite TV, a Wi-Fi broadband Internet connection, furnished sunbathing terrace, laundry and lift.
Finally, in the vicinity of the property you will find: café, tobacco shop, newsagents and bus stop around 50 meters away, restaurant around 400 meters, while the center of Sorrento is 1 km away.

Sant' Agnello offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

This villa had it all...location, cleanliness, beauty, comfort, and the staff was amazing! It fit our family of twelve adults very well. We would absolutely go back if we ever had the chance. Nuncio also arranged a cooking class for us at the villa, and it was a definite highlight of our trip. We are a family that travels a lot, and our adult children and spouses said it was the best place we've ever stayed!

The villa was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. The lift was very handy & well used. The laundry was a great bonus. The roof terraces were stunning. The hot water and water pressure needs a major upgrade on the first and second floors.The beds were quite hard. The basement smelled damp and was very cool, only used for the shower & laundry.The front door lock needs some maintenance as was too difficult to actually lock but luckily the gates were very secure.

Ideal location and plenty of room to spread out
Villa Marion is a beautiful home in an ideal location on the Sorrento peninsula. It's very well maintained and the elevator made it ideal to accommodate our elderly family members. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The view of the Mediterranean from the rooftop terrace is stunning and our entire group thoroughly enjoyed our time together at this home. The one downside is the very hard mattresses in the bedrooms.Source UpFrontReviews

My family of 13 spent two wonderful weeks in Sant’Agnello. The place was just as the pictures showed. It was absolutely wonderful. Our housekeeper Antonina was there every day to help us with any little problems we may have had. My son is a part time chef And enjoyed the kitchen facilities. The beach is just a short walk from the house and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Walking into Sorrento was an easy 15 minutes. We did not want to leave and hope to go back there again.
