We had a wonderful stay at Shasta Bella and would definitely book it again! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful while still being close to everything we needed. The home was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept great each night. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish, making the entire experience easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay with a responsive host, I highly recommend Shasta Bella. We’re already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Nice unit. Very close to town center.
The heater would not stay on once it reached the set temperature. We reaches out to the owner who responded immediately. However, he was not able to get the unit to operate consistently and it only ever ran properly twice during the whole stay. Each night the temperature would drop into the low 40s, and on the third day we could not get the heater to come on at all when returning in the afternoon. Despite offering to drop off some electric heaters for us each time we contacted the owner, he did not follow through until after we had checked out. We received a text letting us know he had left heaters by the front door, about 3 hours after we had left.
