Unique villa with private pool and tennis court just 8 minutes from the historic city of Lagos and 45 minutes from Faro airport. Located on the Sargaçal Ridge with grandiose views in a protected valley with a glimpse of the sea.
Our villa has four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places and in the Lounge / TV room possibly 2 extra sleeping places on a large sofa bed. With a spacious living room and luxury kitchen with all conveniences. Ideal for one or two families.
It has a nice shaded terrace where you can dine outside next to the swimming pool, an Algarve-style lounge area with outdoor kitchen and a roof terrace with lounge area that gives views of the valley, the city of Lagos and a stretch of the sea.
We have several terraces and quiet places to read or relax. In combination with swimming and tennis a mecca for young and old.
The villa is modern and tastefully decorated and has a modern large living room with dining area and two sitting areas in the living room, each with its own fireplace. All rooms have modern air conditioners that can both cool and heat. In the separate TV room with large lounge sofa bed is a Digital 53 "TV and B&O installation with beautiful sound. Extremely suitable for watching films or playing games. We also have a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite work tops. Traditional games, books and a wonderful roof terrace complete the whole.
Vivenda Felicia is ideally located just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants, a large number of golf courses, surfing, diving and horse riding / sports facilities and the lively nightlife of Lagos.

This is a fantastic property to experience the Algarve coast and all that it offers. It seriously offers more than you could hope for in a holiday stay, so many areas to enjoy - the pool, roof top terrace, tennis, BBQ area and plenty of garden to wander through. Inside is very comfortable, fully air conditioned and plenty of space for my adult family. You will want to cook family dinners in the kitchen, its well set up.One bit of advice, the villa is out of town so plan ahead for hire cars and groceries.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa, and our family (and particularly our grandchildren!) thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and the tennis court. The accommodation is very good, and the location is very handy for visits into Lagos and other areas in the Western Algarve. Highly recommended!

We had a nice stay at this comfortable villa. We loved the tennis court which was in good shape. Communication with the landlord was also quick and very nice. The house and airconditioning were perfect. Nice outside terraces. The only inconvenience was that the pool took quite a long time to heat properly and only was comfortable on the last days of our stay unfortunately.

We were travelling with a group of 8 adults and had a great time at the villa. It has everything you need: comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, a super well equipped kitchen (better than at home ;)), an outdoor kitchen which we used for storing drinks and having BBQ, a great pool area with comfortable pool furniture, the tennis court which we used for all kinds of sports, a pretty garden with many options to sit and relax and a well maintained pool. On rainy days we had a great time in the cosy and spacious living room.
You really need a car to get around the area, no restaurants or bars in walking distance.
