Midoon guest offers you a magnificent designer duplex designed by an architect for 3/4 people maximum in the heart of the 10th arrondissement.
It is located between the Place de la République (1min walk) and the quays of Saint Martin (3 min walk)!
Lively area but in a quiet street
The 30 m2 apartment is on the first floor, soundproofed and out of sight. Renovated in 2018 by an architect, it will welcome you in a modern, cozy atmosphere and with new furniture!
To serve you:
- On the first floor (15m2):
Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: hob, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, wireless sound equipment by Harman/Kardon
The living room offers a 2-seater sofa bed 130x90 but be careful, it can accommodate an adult comfortably or 2 children
a dining table for 2/3 people
- On the first floor (15m2):
A spacious bedroom with a queensize bed equipped with a mattress topper for optimal comfort.
2 trundle beds can be folded out from under the bed to accommodate your children for the night. They can occasionally accommodate one or 2 adults comfortably (70x190cm), but be careful, once the beds are folded away, there is very little room left to move around the room!
A large custom-made closet with wardrobe to make you feel at home
A bathroom with a large walk-in shower (rain effect, hand shower, massage jets. This space has been particularly highlighted for optimal comfort!
For your privacy the toilet is separate
Your comfort during your stay being our priority, we want the apartment to be perfectly prepared to welcome you in the best conditions.
In the cleaning fee you pay are included:
- Cleaning by a professional
- All laundry of hotel quality (bed linen, bath towel, bath mat, kitchen towel
- Welcome kit for the first night (toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, instant coffee bag, tea bag, sugar, salt, pepper.
Arrivals are between 2pm and 9pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, additional fees apply: 20€ after 9pm.
Your arrival is autonomous and I will communicate the codes of the connected lock to access the accommodation 24 to 48 hours in advance.
Important: Please let us know your arrival time of the train/flight as well as your flight number.
If you arrive by car, please let us know one hour before your arrival.
Ideally located, it allows you to visit most historical and tourist sites within 10 minutes by metro:
République station line 3,5,8,9 and 11!
This accommodations are officially authorized to practice short-term rental in Paris.

This was a great location for our stay in Paris. One note of caution, the stairs are quite steep and slippery. My first time I went down in socks and ended up hurting my foot. I would recommend you wear shoes going up in down to avoid falling (or a minor recommendation for host to add a sticky pad of some sort!).

The apartment had everything as described. It was a little tight for 4 people, but we were not in the apartment much, only to sleep. If you are traveling with 2 people, this place is perfect. The apartment is very close to many restaurants, the Porte-Saint-Denis, Saint-Martin, and the Place de République. It is about a 30 minute taxi ride to most of the major landmarks. We recommend taxi or uber riding throughout the city. Driving is very hectic and taxis have special lanes for getting through the city faster. Communication with host was very smooth via WhatsApp and she answered late in the evening when we were confused on the door code for the outside. We were very pleased with our stay.

This was a delightful place to stay. It was just me and my teenage daughter, and the apartment was exactly what we needed.
It is clean and comfortable and just minutes from busses and the Metro station. There are also good cafes, boulangeries and markets within a few minutes' walk.
The host was friendly and made us feel welcome.
I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect place, generally quiet street,
Easy to access ,metro so close.
It is tiny , but was perfect for x3 of us
Loads of good bakeries and some double bake ,so you can get fresh, hot baguette for dinner
Helene is a lovely host.
