Description of the apartment -
· This quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is on the 5th floor of an 100-year-old modernist building. The floors are still the original colorful mosaic (a different design in every room), and the ceilings are 9 feet high. There is an elevator, air conditioning, central heating, and a full kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, etc.
The building has a roof terrace, with tables and chairs, plenty of sunshine, and views to Sagrada Familia. Please note it is a shared terrace.
Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.
For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.
Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.
Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.
Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.
Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people. It can sleep up to 4.
Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had complementary coffee, which was nice. We only used one of the bedrooms with the queen bed. The bedding could use a new mattress and not so low to the floor. The WiFi was great. The TV would have been nice it it translated to English, almost every station was in Spanish. The AC worked great and plenty of hot water for our showers. The washer and dryer was great for our laundry since we were there for 8 days. The location of the apartment was great and so was the manager. Thank you for the accommodations!

Perfect location and neighborhood, it is walking distance to everything but still in a quiet area with the best coffee shop nearby. It is family friendly and safe, we highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Barcelona for the full experience.
