2 Deben Wharf is a fantastic, 2 bedroom apartment, situated on the beautiful River Deben in the popular market town of Woodbridge. Perfect for a family of four, two couples or a small group of friends, this spacious holiday apartment is finished to an extremely high standard and is ideally positioned (5-minute walk) within close proximity to the train station, cinema, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the River Deben.

Living area with a two-seater sofa, two chairs, smart TV, books and board games
Well-equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, island with induction hob and extractor fan, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster
Dining table with 6 chairs
Main bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite shower room, bedside tables, dressing table, armchair, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers
Second bedroom with zip and link bed that can be made up as a king-size bed or two adult singles, bedside tables, armchair and chest of drawers
Family bathroom with shower bath, wash basin and WC

The apartment is situated on the first floor, but the lift up made it really easy to bring luggage in, and the reserved parking space is right outside. It’s a few minutes walk from a supermarket and various eating places. It’s also possible to walk into the town very easily ,and along the river in both directions, which was a lovely walk. There are loads of visitor attractions close by making it an excellent holiday base. We also found it very quiet in spite of being close to a level crossing.
We found the property to be spotlessly clean, well decorated and well maintained. It is very spacious and well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. The only minor gripe was we didn’t find the seating that comfortable, but we would happily return.
Some of the check in instructions were out of date, e.g. saying we needed a key fob and parking permit, when we didn’t and that the heating was set on timed, when it was switched off. I also had to contact Air Manage Suffolk three times to ask for check in details to be sent before I received them. I didn’t feel the service they provided was very professional and the twice I telephoned them I wouldn’t have described staff as friendly or customer focussed. Don’t let this put you off, the property is great!

Modern well equipped apartment Loved our stay. Beautifully furnished. Faces train track but trains don’t come that often. Great location—near everything. Plan to come again. At checkin need to explain that one must enter apartment to get fob first before you can park.
