Über diese übernachtung mit frühstück
Beautiful fully renovated home features luxury furnishings and a gourmet kitchen. The large master bedroom is situated on its own floor featuring a full-sized master bathroom, his and her closets, laundry nook, and office. The top floor consists of a den w/skylight, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. In the rear is privately secured off-street parking, that can be accessed through the common hallway after entering the property. Home is located a short walk from H Street and mins from EVERYTHING!
The space
The kitchen, living/dining areas are on the main entry level. Take trip upstairs to the 2nd floor for a master retreat, which is situated on its own floor. Directly above on the 3rd floor, take another flight of stairs to three additional bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Two rooms are spacious with queen beds in them that sleep two, and the 4th room is equipped with one set of bunk beds.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor of Unit 1 on the property. None of these areas are shared with anyone.
Other things to note
The home is a 3 Story Row Home so be aware there are one set of stairs to get into the property and two more inside of home, as well as an outside winding staircase in the rear building, to access the building once you park your car in your private secure parking space. If traveling with suitcases we recommend you unload all luggage out front before parking in the rear. The spiral staircase may be challenging for some when carrying large items up it.

This was the perfect place to stay in D.C. for the week. Close enough to bike to everything and nice and clean. We felt safe staying here.

Outstanding choice! Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids ages 4-8. Very clean and incredibly well equipped. Especially the kitchen - practically anything needed for cooking in the unit was provided. Jasmine was very responsive both before and during our stay. We had a large passenger van that was a little snug in the off-street space provided. We were lucky enough to find on-street spots every evening (not a lot of on-street space, but getting back before 5 each night worked for us).

We had an amazing stay. The house was very clean. All of the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Prior to our arrival the host answered my questions quickly. We highly recommend this home and host.
