Location in Monti area is super for those who prefer to be able to walk to the attractions close by. Interior was very comfortable.I would rate this property highly.

We were cordially met by an associate of the owner as we reached the apartment. He gave us a brief orientation to entering/exiting the building as well as tips for things we may want in the area. This was a great location to enjoy our first stay in Rome. I would recommend this to any couple.

Great location close to Colosseum, restaurants and shops. Short stay apartment was beautiful, recently renovated, so much charm and character. Would definitely stay here again, great communication with host, very responsive and helpful.

I know us Americans have high expectations for air conditioning, but the ac did not perform well enough to cool off the room for sleeping.
Also, unhappy with the lack of performance from the water heater. Not enough hot water to take 2 showers back to back.
The lack of these 2 makes it less than “luxury” apartment.
Everything else was great. Host communicated the property was in a great location.
