The balcony features outdoor dining for six and adjacent bar seating for two more. The gourmet kitchen features a six-burner Viking stove with a pot filler, a coffee pot, a Keurig, bar seating for three more, and an adjacent wet bar. There is plenty of built-in kitchen storage for lengthier stays or cooking in. The designated wet bar has wine storage, a beverage center, and a prep sink. Across from the kitchen and wet bar is a dining area that seats six comfortably, where you can see your Gulf views as you dine!

This home features two king bedrooms and is perfect for families or a couples escape. The spacious king primary has an ensuite bath, a private balcony, a large flat-screen TV, and a desk perfect for working remotely.
