Didn’t realize that on second floor but as senior we made it work. It’s was restful sleep and quiet. I took pictures of any damages before our stay

Basically the process was seamless, however the beds are horrible and the pillows were horrible. I felt like they put a piece of foam as a mattress, and the pillows were completely flat, as if they’ve never been changed. Sleeping was difficult. Other than that everything was fine.
