Reviewer Comments:
We had a great stay in Durango visiting my son. I would definitely stay here again because it was so cozy and right in walking distance to everything in town. When we arrived we could not find it because it is in the alley and has the same address as a different house on the street. This place is behind the main street so arriving at night is not ideal.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I go and visit my daughter because she goes to FLC. It’s in walking distance to the downtown and 7 minutes to the college. Quiet and just perfect for us.

The place was peaceful and quiet! No one around the apartment really comes out at night, and it makes it have a sense of seclusion. I will stay here again if I ever come back. Easy walk to the Main Street activities. 10 of 10

Reviewer Comments:
The garage apartment is located in a wonderful spot to navigate downtown Durango. The place is very basic but works well if you don’t plan to spend much time in the place outside of sleeping. Bed is very comfortable. Loveseat was not comfortable — it had a spring situation that needs fixed and wasn’t really usable. Floor tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are the stick-on kind and when you walked on them with bare feet they would often stick to your foot and come up off the floor. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Parking for one car is perfect.
