Welcome to your cozy urban retreat! This newly renovated 1 bedroom suite is just steps from downtown. Discover the perfect blend of modern comfort and urban convenience in this beautifully renovated 1-bedroom apartment, ideally located just minutes from downtown. Whether you’re here for business, leisure, or a bit of both, our space offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home.

• Living room with comfortable seating
• Dedicated workspace so you can easily work from home

This house is a duplex. Guests have access to the entire upstairs unit. Guests must climb 1 set (roughly 10 steps) of stairs to access the unit The basement unit is rented separately. Each unit is completely separate and private from one another, including private entrances.
The covered balcony is for your own private use. The backyard is shared with the basement tenants.
The home has central air conditioning and heating. The thermostat is located in the other unit and locked between the range of 21-23 degrees Celsius. If temperature changes are required, please let us know and we can adjust the temperature with our phone.
We like to give guests their own space but we're always just a message away should you have any questions or require assistance.
The home should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!
Please note we provide an initial stock of supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, etc.). If you're staying for an extended period of time and run out of this initial stock, we kindly ask you to purchase anything additional you may need.
Additionally, please be sure to read the additional house rules below:
• No parties
• Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate to neighbours.
• No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests.
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house .
• Please remove your shoes.
• Damage deposit of $500 is only charged if verified damage is found upon checkout
• No pets.

We’ll follow the cancellation policy outlined in your reservation. Please note that payment processing fees (2.99%) and additional service fees (2.00%) are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review the policy before making any changes.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The outside was strewn with garbage at the side of the house and on the porch, and it looked like it had been there a while. Inside was great clean and comfortable. When I arrived the smoke alarm was beeping intermittently (hard wired) and the host advised it would be fixed by 4 the next day. I was forced to climb up on a bench and was successful in turning it off. The host advised it was fixed but on returning the situation was the same. Each night of the remainder of the stay I was able to shut it off

Mike was very welcoming. The amenities and everythinh about the stay was great. The only suggestion is not so much snow.

What an amazing place. It was very, very clean and centrally located. Mike was a very responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommend. .

This is a nice property with all the amenities, and the owner bent over backwards to answer questions and provide assistance. I’ll definitely stay here again
