The house is clean and conveniently located with lots of character and charm. We would definitely stay here again, but I do have some recommendations. We travel multiple times per year with in Texas and US along with Europe, and there were some firsts with this stay that we had never experienced. First there were two bathroom sized trash cans in the kitchen. This would be sufficient with only 1-2 guests and a small location. With a spacious 4 bedroom house, the size of trash cans was not sufficient. Again considering the size of the home and expected number of guests, there were insufficient basic kitchens items. I didn’t expect a crockpot, so thankfully I asked if the home had one prior to leaving. I brought mine, so that was no issue. We got up the first morning to make a big breakfast, and there was no large skillet. There was a large pot and a couple small saucepans. Additionally the kitchen lacked cooking sheets and a colander. We went to the dollar store and Walmart to purchase these essentials along with larger trash cans. The WiFi should not be listed as functional on the listing because it served no sufficient service the whole time we were there. It appeared when trying to connect about 10% of the time, and the signal would not sustain connection to ever be considered useful. This listing has so much potential, and I hope these issues are resolved.

The house was beautiful and such a great spot for our girls weekend. Great location relative to downtown. Had everything we needed! Would stay again.

Hot tub was broken and the wifi didn’t work. It was a real shame because the house was so cute! Very clean and a great kitchen to cook in. So thankful the host refunded us for a portion of our stay.
