The apartment is located in the heart of the Zona Dorada and right across from the well-known "Restaurante y Pastelería Panamá." You also have access to the beach, just 2 blocks away, an OXXO, and 4 different banks across the street, there’s a pharmacy in the same building, and a parking lot with a chain and padlocks that you’ll have access to.
There are also many other bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. You can walk to the Malecón by heading south toward Old Mazatlán or north toward New Mazatlán (Cerritos), where you’ll find shopping centers and less crowded beaches.
