Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Nice quiet neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors. Follow 38th place to the north (toward the water tower) and there is a small children’s park with playground equipment. About 5 min away from the visitors center and AMC movie theater is just west on Rogers lane.
Getting Around:
If not driving, there is uber, lyft and several cab services.

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).
Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $125 pet cleaning fee per stay.
Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.
Food Delivery:
Food delivery services such as shipt dot com are available for all your delivery needs.
Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Nice property large backyard which my dog loved. Great location close to everything. Large washer and dryer in the garage, very convenient. Well worth the price. One thing I would do to improve is add TVs to the bedrooms. We fell asleep on the couch watching tv. Couch is comfy, but would love to watch in bed as the bed was comfy too. Bathroom floor needs a little TLC, shower nice. We will rent it again on our next trip to Lawton.
