The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living area to the fully equipped kitchen and dining space, making it easy to gather for meals and evenings together. Both bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements and private en-suite bathrooms, creating added convenience and privacy for guests. After a day of skiing, hiking, or boating, unwind in the primary bathroom’s steam shower for the ultimate mountain retreat experience. Large windows and the unbeatable location near Lake Dillon make this condo an ideal home base for every season in Summit County.

The property offers convenient access to walking paths, free Summit Stage transportation, downtown Dillon, and endless outdoor recreation opportunities surrounding Lake Dillon. Guests also have access to the community fitness center during the clubhouse remodel.

One of the best parts of staying in Dillon is being able to leave the car behind and explore on foot. Stroll to the local tiki bar for free live music and lakeside drinks, or catch an unforgettable performance at the Dillon Amphitheater, one of Summit County's premier outdoor concert venues. Throughout the summer and into early fall, the amphitheater hosts nationally touring artists along with free concerts every Monday evening. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
