The washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away by the kitchen and a iron and ironing board is also included. The bathroom shower has a unique design with a large shower head that gives the feeling of rain when you bathe. Both rooms have a soft queen bed with extra blankets and pillows. The living room has a small work space and a comfy couch that turns into a full bed. Each room has an individual air conditioning unit that allows everyone to set their desired temperature. The guest house is detached from the main house and has a private entrance though the side. Conveniently located to the 118 and 23 freeway and just a few minutes from LA county. Plenty of great places to eat/ shop and just a few minutes from the Ronald Reagan Library.

This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.

Super soft sheets and cozy bedding in a quiet neighborhood made for a great night's sleep in this spot. Danny was an excellent communicator and the location was perfect for us to stay while we visited our family over the holidays. Full kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal and the living room had ample space to hang out. Great spot - will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others in the area!
