Located on the ground floor of a historic building, the apartment features thick stone walls that keep it naturally cool and refreshing, even during the hottest summer days.
To ensure your absolute comfort, we have also equipped the space with air conditioning and fans to suit every preference.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: To respect our building’s community regulations, the air conditioning must be turned off at night (from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM) to prevent noise in the courtyard. Thanks to the natural insulation and the provided fans, the apartment stays perfectly comfortable through the night!
AMENITIES & EXTRA SERVICES: As this is a self-catering apartment, we provide an initial starter kit (toilet paper and soap) and one set of towels per guest.
• If you require additional changes during your stay, extra linens are available upon request for a small fee:
• Extra towel set: €5 per person
• Extra bed sheet set: €15 per person
Check-in: 3:30–8:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:30 AM
Late check-in (8:00–11:00 PM): €25

We were very happy to find a clean and well appointed apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The location was superb. We were easily able to walk to venues and the train station is nearby. There are lots of really good quality and priced restaurants in the area. And the coffee shops! Chocolate croissants! The beds were so comfortable, couldn’t believe it. We looked forward to laying down each night. And we so enjoyed the patio. Thank you Rosy for a lovely VRBO

The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us! We loved the inner courtyard in the morning enjoying our coffee. It was easy walking distance to all of the museums, piazzas, cathedrals & shopping. Check in and check out were easy. Rosy was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a perfect stay.

Don't get me wrong the place was comfortable but there was a musty smell in the house and there was mold on the walls of the foyer as you walked in from the main building door, the bathrooms floor and wall tile grout had mildew on them to point that my wife didn't want to take bath.
The other thing was that we didn't have any control over the air conditioning thermostat, it was pre-set at 22 and on locked position.
The living room and dining room windows in the courtyard did not have any curtains or shades and the nosy neighbor on the second floor was always there to greet us.
Marco was very helpful, he gave us good recommendations for restaurants near the apartment.
