This particular Studio room is located on the 3rd floor and has access to the common laundry room where you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.



Estudio Sol has capacity for 2 adults and a child, has 2 single beds pushed together, a sofa bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, kitchenette, balcony with table and chairs and private bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

For baby we have a travel bed available.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition.
