Adjacent to the house, facing the garden, there is a spacious 50 m² oak-beamed porch equipped with a large wooden table (seats 10) for relaxing and dining outdoors, sheltered from the sun or inclement weather.

The garden, adorned with flowers and various ornamental and fruit trees (cherry, apricot, apple, pear, walnut, almond, fig, and pomegranate), is accessible to guests for their exclusive use; depending on the season, you may pick and enjoy any of the fruit.
The park and garden, as well as the entire property, are fully fenced.
