At one time there were 17 people at house & we were all comfortable. Location is great with everything in walking distance. We’ve been coming to Cape for 50 years & this was my favorite week!

We gathered for a friends reunion and loved the house. Everything was clean and neat. The house was so comfortable with an amazing backyard , hot tub and sauna. We loved the grill and well stocked. Both our host and property manager Karen were amazing! The communication was outstanding and so welcoming. We would highly recommend the house to any large group. The house was truly amazing!

Lovely home in a great location! Check-in process was timely and informative. Property manager was responsive when we had to have a toaster replaced. We could feel the home vibes of this place. Kids (all 4 and under) loved sharing the kids room and spreading out in the backyard.
